The violations include using an unapproved launch control room and not conducting a required T-2 hour readiness poll in May, and using an unapproved rocket propellant farm in July. Elon Musk responded by accusing the Biden administration of weaponizing government agencies against him and SpaceX. This is not the first time the Biden-Harris team has been accused of impeding SpaceX launches, with previous delays due to environmental surveys and other regulatory hurdles.
