Specific prompts can directly guide Gemini Notebook's selections, avoiding repetitive input. A "Review" toggle enables previewing outlines and producer notes for written feedback before generation. Alternatively, users can opt for a quick first pass without the review step. This feature is available to all Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers, and personal Google account users. Admins do not have specific controls for this feature, but users can enable the review options themselves.
