End users will find the feature available by default for eligible accounts. To use it, open a compatible spreadsheet on an iOS device and tap the "Ask Gemini" icon. The rollout for Rapid Release and Scheduled Release domains began on October 15, 2026, with visibility potentially taking up to 15 days. This functionality is available for various Google Workspace editions, including Business and Enterprise tiers, as well as specific Education and Consumer plans.
