Google Forms is introducing a new feature that utilizes Gemini to summarize responses to questions. This update automatically generates insights for short answer and paragraph questions in the 'Responses' tab. Previously, users had to actively request summaries; now they are proactively provided. This enhancement aims to help users quickly understand feedback and analyze sentiment. The feature is enabled by default for eligible Google Workspace users. Admins can manage Gemini access using the Help Center resources. The rollout begins in September 2025 for Rapid Release domains. Scheduled Release domains will see the rollout starting in October 2025. This feature is available for specific Google Workspace editions, including Business and Enterprise plans. Google AI Pro and Ultra users are also supported. Gemini Business and Enterprise users are included, though these add-ons are no longer sold as of January 15, 2025.
