The goal is to ensure more helpful and accurate answers by grounding responses in a complete business context. The rollout has begun for eligible Google Workspace and Google AI plans. Administrators do not need to take action if Gemini for Workspace in Drive is already enabled. End users require Workspace smart features to be active to utilize this functionality.
