Keep reminders are transitioning to be automatically saved in Google Tasks. Users will find their Keep reminders as tasks in Calendar and the Tasks app. They can also query Gemini about their tasks through the Tasks extension. Existing Keep reminders with dates or times will be migrated to Google Tasks. This integration establishes Google Tasks as the central hub for to-dos across Workspace. Users can now manage tasks created from Keep, Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Docs, and Gemini. This feature is enabled by default for users with both Tasks and Keep. Admins can manage Tasks and Keep settings via the Help Center. The rollout, starting October 13th, 2025, will take longer than 15 days. This change is available to all Google Workspace customers, subscribers, and personal Google account holders.
