Important policy updates for Early Access apps starting July 30, 2024

Early Access apps will now retain their "On" status when transitioning to Additional Google Services, ensuring continued access regardless of new service preferences. This change takes effect on July 30, 2024. Apps will only be disabled if both settings are set to "Off." Google AI Studio will transition to Additional Google Services on July 30, 2024, and access will be determined by the updated policy. Admins can adjust settings at the organizational unit or group level to control access to Early Access apps. New product release preferences can be configured in account settings. Users do not need to take any action. The policy change applies to all Google Workspace customers. Admins should review their settings to ensure access to AI Studio is configured as desired.
