Improved syncing experience between Google Calendar and third-party calendars

Google has improved email notifications for users collaborating with Google Calendar through third-party services like Outlook. The update focuses on enhancing syncing accuracy and reducing email clutter caused by sync notifications. Email notifications for syncing will be marked as such and sent from a distinct email address. Users can set up inbox filters to avoid inbox clutter. Outlook administrators can use PowerShell to filter these emails for all users. Google Workspace customers can sign up for the beta program. The aim is to improve collaboration experiences and reduce email noise. Beta sign-ups are open until July 10, 2024. The beta will be available to all Google Workspace customers.
