Google Workspace Studio now allows looping over lists of items in flows, enhancing flexibility. The Ask Gemini step now offers a "Response format" option to choose between text or list output. When list format is selected, a new "Repeat for each" step enables looping over the list's items. This "Repeat for each" step can also iterate through Google Sheet data row by row. This functionality unlocks use cases like creating tasks from meeting notes or drafting emails for sales leads. Admins can manage access to these new steps via the Help Center. End users can try the feature directly in Google Workspace Studio. The rollout for this feature begins on June 2, 2026, for both Rapid and Scheduled Release domains. This feature is available across various Business and Enterprise editions, along with Education and specific add-on licenses. Users with AI Expanded Access licenses will see increased usage limits starting July 1, 2026.
