Organizations need to prioritize enterprise goals and cross-functional collaboration over departmental KPIs. Agility originates from leadership, with leaders setting the tone for change across the company. A leadership mindset that embraces change and has a clear purpose is vital for navigating disruption. Successful transformation is significantly more likely when leadership is aligned and communicates the need for change to employees.
