KuCoin Spotlight Returns With a Gno.land (GNOT) Pre-Listing Subscription, Featuring Pro-Rata Allocation, KCS Holder Benefits and Conditional Buyback Mechanism
KuCoin Spotlight is relaunching with a pre-listing subscription for 7,751,938 GNOT tokens at $0.0645 each. Gno.land, a Layer 1 smart-contract platform based on Go, is the project being featured. The subscription model utilizes oversubscription and pro-rata allocation, meaning participants receive tokens proportionally to their commitment. Subscriptions can be made using KCS, USDT, or the newly added USDG. Users paying with KCS may receive a discount of up to 10% and can utilize flexibly staked KCS. An optional conditional post-listing buyback mechanism is available for participants. If certain conditions are met within seven days of listing, eligible allocations might be bought back at the subscription price. Eligible users can subscribe through the KuCoin Spotlight Center. GNOT is the native token of Gno.land, used for gas fees, storage, and execution. This launch expands Spotlight's focus on blockchain infrastructure with a Go-based smart-contract network.
