Google Calendar is enhancing its appointment booking functionality. Users will now find all their booking pages directly accessible in the Calendar sidebar on both web and mobile platforms. For those without an existing appointment schedule, a pre-configured booking page based on their working hours will now be available. This new feature simplifies scheduling one-on-one meetings with external individuals. Existing users can also manage their commitments better with a new setting to show or hide individual appointment schedules from the calendar grid. This update streamlines the process of booking time with customers, partners, or anyone outside an organization. Sharing booking pages is available on both web and mobile, but creation and editing are currently web-only. Users will need to manually update their appointment schedules if their working hours change. The rollout for the web version begins on August 21, 2025, for Rapid Release domains and September 1, 2025, for Scheduled Release domains. Mobile rollout starts on August 21, 2025. Appointment scheduling features are available to all Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers, and personal Google account users.
