Google Workspace admins now have control over eSignature access for users. This feature allows users to request signatures from others, including non-Gmail users, and track the status of pending signatures. Admins can manage eSignature access at the Organizational Unit (OU) or Group level, ensuring only appropriate users have access to the feature. eSignature offers various features such as custom text fields, audit trails, and contract templates to enhance efficiency. End users will have access to eSignature in the coming weeks. Admins can configure the setting in the Admin console. The feature will be enabled by default and can be turned off. End-user availability will begin gradually on July 15, 2024, for Google Workspace Business, Enterprise, and Education Plus customers. eSignature is already available for Google Workspace individual subscribers.
