The author spent Day 2 of the Python Core Sprint migrating GitHub bots from Heroku to the PSF's Cabotage. The migration process, announced for an hour-long downtime, involved switching over three bots: bedevere, blurb_it, and miss-islington. The actual downtime was minimal, with the first bot moved by 11:35 AM and the last by 12:08 PM, and the entire process was completed by 12:36 PM. This transition appeared to go very smoothly, as indicated by positive feedback.
