Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta and Oracle Expect a Negative Cash Flow of $125 Billion Next Year
Five major AI companies, including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Meta, are projected to experience significant cash flow depletion due to massive AI development and delivery expenses. Their combined free cash flow is expected to near zero in 2026 and drop to a negative $125 billion in 2027. This intense spending has already led to Amazon and Google posting larger cash losses in the last quarter than any other large U.S. companies. Analysts anticipate even greater cash flow issues for Elon Musk's SpaceX in the near future.
