Nike ACG’s latest innovation is a fully portable soccer field

Nike's ACG brand developed a portable soccer field system called the All Conditions Cup System, designed by Amsterdam Berlin. This system comprises over 1,500 lightweight, portable components for playing soccer in diverse environments. The kit includes goals, field markers, lighting, and seating, all designed for easy transport and setup. It was initially created for a collaboration between ACG and Inter Milan, featuring a five-on-five game in the Italian Alps. The system aims to strip away stadium excess, focusing on the natural surroundings of the game. Assembly is similar to setting up a large tent, and components can be carried or transported by sled. Recycled aluminum tubes and click-fit connectors are used for the main structures, providing durability and adaptability. Interchangeable foot attachments enable use on varied terrains like sand, snow, and rocky ground. The entire system is designed to be fully reversible, leaving no environmental footprint, and is stored in weather-resistant bags. The system weighs 2 tons and fits inside a small van, though it is not currently planned for commercial use. It showcases a vision for accessible, environmentally conscious soccer that can be played anywhere.
