Professionals can synthesize insights and draft deliverables by uploading product information, research reports, and strategy notes. The tool integrates the Gemini app and Gemini Notebook, enabling new ways of working and studying. For instance, students can create video overviews or study guides from class notes stored in their notebook. Administrators control access to notebooks within their organization through Gemini App and Gemini Notebook settings. End users can initiate a new notebook by opening the left side panel in the Gemini app and clicking "New notebook," with the ability to add up to ten sources. This feature is available globally to Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers outside the EEA, and users with personal Google accounts, with a gradual rollout beginning September 14, 2026.
