Proofread, a feature offering writing improvements beyond basic checks, is expanding to more Google Workspace plans. This feature enhances emails by suggesting changes to improve conciseness, active voice, and sentence structure. Initially available for Google AI subscribers, Proofread will now become available for various Workspace tiers. Customers will receive promotional access to Proofread with higher usage limits to experiment. After the promotional period, usage limits may apply, with an announcement before any changes.
