Raising Cane’s is expanding to London’s West End in 2026, the chicken chain’s first European location
Raising Cane's is expanding internationally, with its first U.K. location set to open in London's West End in late 2026. This marks the privately held company's first non-franchise international expansion and its initial venture into Europe. The chain aims to become a globally recognized brand known for its chicken finger meals. Raising Cane's experienced significant growth, with over $5.1 billion in sales last year and plans to open nearly 100 new U.S. locations this year. By the end of the year, they expect to have 1,000 locations open and aim to be a top 10 U.S. restaurant brand by the end of the decade. The London flagship will be located at 21-22 Coventry St., and like other Cane's restaurants, its design will feature local graphics and community-specific homages. The company is committed to maintaining its limited, core menu, focusing on its signature chicken fingers, sauce, tea, and lemonade. Raising Cane's is also quadrupling its Dallas office size in preparation for a move to a new support office in Plano, Texas, next year. The company's vision since its inception has been to grow restaurants worldwide.
