The administrator, known as crhylove, has been working on Spaced Linux for several weeks and is using it as his daily driver. Spaced Linux is built on the rolling Devuan Ceres backend and features the Compiz desktop, which is optimized for zoom-friendly 3D capabilities. The distribution promotes the use of Flatpak to avoid dependency hell and ensure efficient package management. Spaced Linux also includes user-friendly themes, allowing users to customize the look and feel of their system with themes inspired by various operating systems. Users can choose from themes that mimic Linux, Android, GeoWorks, Mac OS X, Windows 11, Windows XP, and even Windows 3.11, with both dark and light options available.
