Sunny Nights review – Will Forte and D’Arcy Carden’s sassy Australian comedy is criminally good fun

Sunny Nights is a new comedy series starring Will Forte and D’Arcy Carden. The show follows American siblings Martin and Vicki as they establish a spray tan business in Sydney, Australia. This follows a tradition of stories about foreigners in Australia. However, unlike other characters, Martin and Vicki are not psychologically broken by the experience. The series is created by Nick Keetch and Ty Freer and directed by Trent O’Donnell. Initially, Sunny Nights appears to be a lighthearted and entertaining romp.
