Taco Bell is bringing back 4 discontinued favorite menu items, including one fans begged for
Taco Bell is reintroducing popular discontinued menu items through its Decades #TBT Menu. This year's menu specifically focuses on items from 2016 to evoke nostalgia. The lineup includes the Naked Chicken Chalupa, priced at $5.99, featuring a chicken shell with various toppings and sauce. Also available is the Beefy Crunch Burrito for $2.79, a fan-favorite that includes beef, rice, nacho sauce, and Flaming Hot Fritos. The Meximelt returns at $2.99, made with seasoned beef, cheese, and pico de gallo in a tortilla. For a sweet option, the Caramel Apple Empanada is offered at $2.99. Taco Bell is enhancing the nostalgic experience through collaborations. They partnered with streetwear brand Anti Social Social Club and digital camera maker Camp Snap. Additionally, they collaborated with Divine, a video app similar to Vine. These partnerships aim to capture the spirit and trends of 2016. Rewards members can receive exclusive merchandise from these collaborations. The marketing strategy leverages nostalgia as a significant trend.
