The overwhelming majority, 93%, feel their employer lacks sufficient support for employee mental health. This statistic has increased significantly within a year, highlighting a growing concern. Over half of the workforce would rather quit than endure a toxic work environment. This underscores the profound impact of workplace toxicity on employee well-being.
