Early Sunday, Kyiv experienced a Russian ballistic missile attack, causing fires in several districts, though an air alert was eventually lifted. Kazakhstan's President Tokayev suggested a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine could be possible if both sides agree to a conflict freeze and resume negotiations.
