View up to three time zones in Google Calendar on the web
Google Calendar on the web now offers enhanced time zone support to simplify global meeting coordination. Users can now configure and display up to three time zones directly on their calendar grid. Previously, only two time zones were supported. This expansion helps professionals like executive assistants and project managers manage schedules across different regions more efficiently. The three time zones can be viewed side-by-side on the main calendar grid in day, week, and multi-day views. When scheduling events, the "Find a Time" view will also display these three time zones. Users can assign custom labels to each time zone for easier identification. This feature is available to all Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers, and personal Google account users. The rollout for rapid release domains begins September 25, 2026, and for scheduled release domains on October 12, 2026. No admin controls are required for this feature.
